Kindergarten Benchmark Adelante Phonics Fundamentals and Routines and Unit 1

This supplemental resource is for Kindergarten Bilingual and Dual Language educators who use Benchmark Adelante. This resource is combined with resources to use for Fundamentals and Routines and Unit 1. Thus, it will help you teach over the course of 7 weeks. 

These resources are meant to teach during your whole group phonics time, and it includes materials to teach during your center time. The materials included are enough to teach all 29 letters in Spanish. Unit 1 finishes up the letters and begins to teach vowels and ma, me, mi, mo, mu. 

• Handwriting sheets 
• Rainbow letters with sorting pictures with initial sounds 
• Color by code upper case and lower case letters
• Letter mini-books to cut, sort and glue different texts of letters
• 3 parent sheets to show the targets for the week for unit 1 
• Flashcards for the high frequency words starting in unit 1
• Easy reader mini-books with the phonics focus in unit 1

To print books: I made them for easy assemble. You can select single sided or double sided in your school's copy machine. Select double staple. When the copies come out use your school's cutting board to cut in the middle. That's it! 

If your school does not use Benchmark Adelante and you are in need of an easy Kindergarten pacing chart you can still use this resource along with the other resources I make for Benchmark Adelante. I am currently working on finishing up all 10 units. Follow my store for updates!
